Our founder

Gladys Doubet founded Everize Consulting in 2021.

She has 15+ years of global experience in legal and regulatory advisory combined with business leadership. 

Gladys gained her experience while working in law firms and international corporates in France and abroad. She started her career at BNP Paribas Paris before working as a M&A and corporate lawyer at Herbert Smith Freehills Paris office and Al-Ruwayeh & Partners in Kuwait. She then joined global insurance broker Henner as Head of Legal for AMEA region based in Dubai, before becoming Head of IPMI.

Her legal skills combined to her commercial experience, allow her to understand the business requirements of her clients and act as a proficient business partner. Having spent more than 7 years in the Gulf and led multicultural teams across Asia, Middle-East and Africa, she has developed skills handling multi-jurisdictional projects and issues.

Gladys holds a postgraduate degree in business law from Paris Dauphine University, a certificate of higher education in law from London South Bank University, as well as a Master of science in international business law and management from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Sociales (ESSEC). She was admitted to the French Paris Bar in 2011. She is also trained in UX strategy and design thinking.
